Xsi-Actions 7.0 is out if you haven't noticed. There has been a lot of requests for the remaining call control functionality that was missing from Xsi-Actions. That hole is now closed. So go ahead and add conferencing and consultative transfer to your applications using Xsi.

Its already on the Sandbox and you can get the exact commands in the Xsi-Actions documentation.
